I don’t usually leave reviews, but this shop genuinely deserves one. I brought them my 2005 Chevy Colorado for a full engine rebuild, and from start to finish they were honest, patient, and treated me with respect the entire time. They kept me updated throughout the whole process, answered every question I had, and never once made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. And trust me, I know I probably got a little buggy at times after waiting months and constantly checking in, but they were always patient and kind with me anyway. They never acted annoyed, never brushed me off, and always took the time to explain things honestly. After the rebuild they even caught a transmission tail shaft seal leak and a weak belt tensioner before giving the truck back to me, which saved me from bigger problems later. Most shops would’ve ignored it or waited for me to find out the hard way. These guys actually care about the work they do. What stood out to me the most was their honesty, patience, and the trust they showed me. That level of understanding is rare nowadays, and it meant a lot to me. When looking for a repair shop everyone is seeking integrity, thorough work and attention to detail. THIS is the family owned shop for that. It's hard to find a shop that values the GODLY principles these days. Look no further and take your vehicle here for great customer service and A+ attention to detail and repair. We are repeat customers for several family members.

My husband and I were driving from FL to NC and suddenly our water pump blew. We searched for an open mechanic and found Advanced Auto. We rolled up at 5:30 knowing they closed at 6. They were amazing; dropped everything to make the repair and get us back on the road in an hour, and at a reasonable price. Lorne, Sheila, Charlie, and everybody were super nice. We recommend them to anyone!

They fixed my Isuzu Rodeo not once, not twice, but three times! I appreciate this business for their fast service, reliable diagnostics, and for their honesty. They will lift the car, make a true mechanic's assessment, then recommend what your vehicle really needs immediately, as well as what it needs not necessarily immediately. This is a valuable kind of diagnostics and advice my friends. Take your car troubles here and you won't be let down.

They fixed my Isuzu Rodeo not once, but twice! My truck broke down, i usually fix it myself when I am knowledgeable enough and if I have the necessary tools. But this time I just didn't have the time really. I knew my alternator was bad, but it would take me at least 2 days, maybe more like 4 days to actually do the job by myself. So my resolve? I brought it to Mr Lorne. He fixed it the same day, and I was back to work and making money again. Thank you Advance Auto Repair & A/C!
